To think positive? or not to think positive?

There has been a steam roll on positive psychology, on positive thinking, Stating things in the positive, and the idea that our unconscious mind is unable to process NO.
This is a popular idea and leads to all sorts of affirmations and self hypnosis products out there. I’m up to challenge that. One of the books I’m coking on my mind is will likely be called the “ego wars” will be about the subject. In it among other things, there I declare that affirmations are an inefficient type of self deception.
Positive thinking is fine, it focuses us on the things we what instead of the things we fear. Never the less it is my observation that just wanting is not enough, and denying the feedback from fear isn’t either. We could use a far more comprehensive language model instead that focusing on positive or negative, things that evoke good or bad feelings, I call this model “un-leverage conversation” in un-leverage conversations even negative is ok, coming from a place of innocence and honesty, not just positive not negative; unattached form GOOD and BAD.
Is this another variation on positive psychology? don't think so. Actually am getting in deep in this challenge and a sure to create controversy. “Un-leverage conversation” is NO law of attraction, is NO motivation, is NOT metaphysics, is NOT advice or counseling, is NOT Ontology Coaching, is NOT NLP Coaching, is NOT Affirmations, is NOT hypnosis, NOR reprogramming. NOT happy thinking*

You might ask, - but Rodrigo that is way too many NOs? Are we not supposed to think positive? My answer is NO
To think positive is not enough, we need to think correctly.

This is what I have been able to observe.
It has been said to us that our unconscious mind does not process NO, our unconscious it is like a bloodhound, always it looks for what we requested. I dislike this interpretation, I consider it incomplete. Lest put it to the test.
Do not think about a pink elephant. Don’t think about a pink elephant, with purple dots.
I assure to you that you thought of it. But why?

1- The existence effect. On a quantic interpretation, is fairly simple. On “do not think about a pink elephant, with purple dots”
“Don’t” is and existence
“think about” is an action command
“a pink elephant” is another existence
“with purple dots” is yet another existence
So the negation, the thinking, the elephant, and the purple dots are all separated existences. The negation exists, but does the pink elephant.
So, on an affirmation or hypnotic suggestion like “I’m successful” “I’m” is and existence, and “successful” another. Just the same as in “I’m not a failure”; “I’m” is an existence; “not” is an existence; and “a failure” another existence.
This enough takes the theory of in existence of negation on our unconscious down the tubes. But is barely enough to debunk affirmations, is a more comprehensive model of the way they work. But not un-levering enough.

1- The possibilities effect. Knowing that our unconscious does process NO or negation, as an existence, lets take it a step furder Let’s assume that; our mind processes all the possibilities, it processes the possibility and the negation of the possibility simultaneously. YES and NO at the same time. That is why you will see the elephant, regales of the negation because is a possibility but we’ll also know is not real.
If you think negative, your conscious mind will refuse possibilities, and your unconscious will deny and assert the same possibility, for your mind, you both you have it and don’t have it. (-) + (+) + (-) = (-). If you think positive, your conscious mind will assert the possibilities, and unconscious will deny and assert the possibility, for your mind you both you have it and don’t have it (+) + (+)+ (-) = (+) Kind of like this. Think negative -1+1-1 = -1 . Think positive +1-1+1 = +1

But not quite
To think positive works. But not efficiently. Your unconscious mind 98% of our mind your conscious mind is hardly 2%. Think negative -2% + 98% - 98% = -2%. Think positive +2% - 98%+ 98% = +2%.

2% of your mind in one brief moment of time will neither make your day nor will it ruin your life. It is why affirmations and visualizations we have to repeated over an over again. Do they work? Marginally. That is not conscience or awareness, those they are mental games. Now if I’m right. And our mind processes all the possibilities. Even if you think positive, a part of you knows that you are lying to yourself.
Our mind is not idiot, is not to manipulated, with language tricks, or to reprogrammed. Is not there or to boycott to us or get in the way of a good life. Our mind is divine and has propose. We can try to deceive it, but are just deceiving ourselves. Try it with your body, your body talks. Say a positive affirmation. If you are honest with yourself one part of you knows, knows that you are lying to you. Someone once said
“Only the truth shall make you free”

Un-leverage conversation” is so far the way I have found to take care of both the existence and possibilities effect. The funny thing is, the language has been there all along. It has nothing to do not with achievements, nor wishes. And all to do with innocence, honesty, responsibility.
On a side note is quite effective and ecological because it includes something quite disregarded by the current models. That is boundaries. Thus dealing effectively with the victim empowerment of other models.

Meta-messages is a process that challenges outcomes, is a loving slap in the face to victim hood . Well face the unconscious messages of your beliefs, attitudes, actions and deservedness. We’ll demystify the law of attraction and affirmation based mind games, taking you to explore your true manifesting nature.

Meta-messages is a rather confusing experience, the purpose is to take you out of the automatic grove and open paths to conscience, we will not reach solutions just yet, we’ll learn that there are patterns that are not efficient

Conscious Incompetence

Goal: Honesty

Conversations with the Money is an exercise where facing the mirror you challenge the levers of the language and you´ll free yourself from context. It is a powerful contextualization of language applied to the domain of the money. One embodies the true messages that we produce in our external and internal dialog. A complete linguistic model is embodied. The conversations that others Coaching practices disregard, deny or are even taboo are incorporated in their suitable context. Conversations is enlighting experience, it shows the leverage in our life and take us to a place of internal liberation and purpose. From the essence of being with zero leverage. It is not enough to think positive; we need to think correctly, conversations about thinking without leverage.

Conscious competence

Goal: Responsibility, clarity.

The Graph of your life is meta-exploration of your financial life. The current results rooted on feedback form the past and tendencies of future. It is a powerful visualization of possibilities through the graphical representation of “the equation of your economy” (conversations with the Money) in the time line of your life. Therefore generating the Graph of your Life.
The Graph of your Life is a balanced model of a leverage free life that creates vision and possibility from the conviction and purpose.

Living in the now, understanding your tendencies and taking feedback. The goals that are created from here are not numerical, are conceptual the likes of : financial freedom, debt free life (un leveraged life) , honorable retirement by redundancy, risk management delayed gratification by means of understanding the structure of rewards-cost with a suitable point of reference.

Through the Graph of your Life also we’ll see a balanced models of risk and change management with instrument like, insurances and emergency funds, and savings; we will see legacy creation; unattached purpose; mortgages; savings. After the Graph of your Life, once free, form levers of conversations, the conversation “I choose” is no longer sacrifice. Without the self-deceptive affirmations we arrived at a place of: zero fear, zero discipline, zero will power, in two words zero leverage. A balanced and responsible model appears; through purpose and the conviction.

Living like no one is a short summary and review and discution of Dave Ramsey´s "Total Money Makeover" (a prerecuisite for this level) seen trow the foudation of the inocence achived in meta-messages, the honesty from un-leverage conversations, and the purpose achived at the graph your life. with some additions and distintions to renforce.

Goal: Freedom

Better than I deserve. It is a process integration of community and co responsibility. Here we will explore powerful distinctions, integration of the family economy with healthy boundaries in: education, merit, un-attachment, honesty, communication, forgiveness and co responsibility. From a place of freedom and life purpose we will explore the freedom that comes when we live in the now; completely deserving what we have; knowing what we want, and choosing to make the next moment better.
